jet999 Responsible Gaming — Your safety is our priority
jet999 believes gaming should be a source of entertainment — not stress or anxiety. We are always committed to the mental wellbeing and financial safety of every one of our players.
What is responsible gaming and why does it matter?
Responsible gaming means enjoying games with awareness, within a planned budget, and while maintaining mental balance. At jet999, we want to ensure that gaming never has a negative impact on your lifestyle, family, or financial situation.
Millions of people in Bangladesh enjoy online gaming every day. But to keep it safe for everyone, following certain limits and rules is essential. jet999 is ready to help you stick to those rules.
Our responsible gaming policy is not just a legal formality — it is our sincere commitment to our players. Whenever you feel that gaming is getting out of your control, our tools and support team will be right there with you.
For people aged 21 and above only. Creating an account or gaming by minors is strictly prohibited.
Our Protection Tools
jet999 provides several effective tools to keep players safe. These help you play with awareness and take a break when needed.
Deposit Limit
Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately. Increasing a limit requires an additional 24-hour verification — this protects you from impulsive decisions.
Time-Out
Take a time-out for 1 day to 6 weeks. During this period, accessing your account or gaming will not be possible. Taking a short break is the most effective way to restore mental balance.
Self-Exclusion
If you need longer-term help, choose self-exclusion. You can keep your account closed for anywhere from 3 months to permanently. Cancelling this decision requires contacting the support team.
Budget Tracker
View your complete gaming history, wins, and losses at any time. Transparency is the foundation of responsible decisions. Understanding your own spending patterns makes it easier to set limits.
24/7 Support
Our Bengali-speaking support team is with you at any time, for any issue. If you have concerns about gaming, speak directly in live chat — you will get help without any judgment.
Age Verification
Age verification is mandatory when opening an account on jet999. This platform is completely closed to anyone under 21. If parents suspect a family member is using their account, they can let us know.

Healthy and Enjoyable Gaming Tips
Follow these simple guidelines to keep gaming enjoyable. Make every session on jet999 memorable and safe.
- Set your budget before you play and stay within that limit — this is the most important rule.
- See gaming as entertainment, not a way to earn money. Treat any losses as the cost of entertainment.
- Do not play beyond your set time. Watch the clock and take regular breaks.
- Avoid gaming when stressed, tired, or after drinking alcohol — your decision-making ability is reduced at these times.
- Do not place more bets to recover losses after losing — this is the most harmful habit.
- Spend time with family and friends. Do not let gaming cut you off from other parts of life.
- Review your gaming history regularly and keep track of your monthly spending.
- If you notice any problem, do not wait — contact jet999's support team today.
